Evergreen, Colorado: At an
elevation of 7,200 feet, our
climate offers relief from the
hot summers, with temperatures
ranging from the high 70's to
the low 80's. Winters are
surprisingly mild, in the mid
40's to 50 degrees. We enjoy
Colorado's sunny days with an
average of 296 days of sunshine.
Our community is both beautiful
and vibrant. Residents can enjoy

and fabulous dining.
The center of Evergreen is just
45 minutes from downtown Denver,
50 minutes from the Denver Tech
Center and 70 minutes from
Denver International Airport.

route to ski country of only
60-70 minutes!

Denver Mountain Parks were
purchased in the early 1900's by
the city and county of Denver.
Several of them are located in
the Evergreen area and are
primarily used for picnicking
for large or small groups.
